Payment for orders placed in the online store www.charme24.com can be made by credit card, Multibanco reference and PayPal.

For orders worth less than €35.00, the shipping cost to be paid by the customer is €3.50. For orders worth €35.00 or more, shipping costs are free.

After dispatch, the order takes one working day (mainland Portugal) to be delivered, being dispatched on the same day for purchases made until 4pm, from Monday to Friday. Delivery of orders in Madeira takes 1-2 working days and in the Azores 2-4 working days.

The experience of buying products in Gold is slightly different in order to guarantee quality delivery and safeguard the customer, the shipping date increases to 2-3 business days.
